All facilities of Holston Hills Golf Course are for the use, entertainment, and enjoyment of Members paying annual or monthly fees and non-member visitors paying daily green fees or utilizing the WP Grill at Holston Hills restaurant or banquet facilities. Rules and Regulations are promulgated by HHGC management and may change from time to time.

Golf Course Rules

1. All players must check in at the Golf Shop prior to play
2. Appropriate attire is required at all times. Specifically, on the golf course and in the Pro Shop, men shall wear shirts with collars and women shall wear shirts, blouses, or equivalent cover-up. Men shall wear shorts of adequate length, or trousers. Women shall wear shorts of adequate length, skirts, or trousers. Juniors under the age of 10 years are not required to wear a collared shirt. No one wearing a bathing suit shall be allowed on the golf course or in the Pro Shop. No one will be allowed on the golf course barefooted. Jeans in reasonable condition are allowed. Tee shirts, tank tops or muscle shirts are not permitted
3. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed to loiter in the Men's or Women's locker rooms.
4. Fivesomes may be allowed on weekdays with prior approval from the Pro Shop. Fivesomes are not allowed on weekends
5. Non-members may reserve weekend starting times three (3) days in advance, unless approved by HHGC management.
6. Juniors under 12 may access the course after 2pm on weekends. Juniors age 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult prior to 2pm on weekends
7. Juniors under 16 may play the golf course for free under the time restrictions in #6 above
8. Players must maintain their starting position on the course. The target to finish nine holes is two hours and eighteen holes is four hours, however, should a group behind be held up, please consider letting them play through as a courtesy
9. Players starting on any tee other than the first must have prior approval from the Pro Shop
10. Players are expected to keep the golf course clean. Players are requested not to drop cigarette butts, especially filter cigarette butts, on greens or fringes. Tobacco chewers are requested not to spit on greens or tees
11. Replace all divots on tees and fairways 
12. Repair your ball mark and one other ball mark on greens
13. Any player entering a bunker must rake the bunker upon leaving
14. During official competitions, or for posting rounds in the handicap system, play shall be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. Local rules may be established by HHGC management from time to time to accommodate specific circumstances or conditions, and, when published shall take precedence over the USGA Rules of Golf

Golf Cart Rules

1. Only golf carts owned or leased by Holston Hills Golf Course may be operated on the golf course, unless approved by HHGC management
2. Golf cart keys are provided upon registration in the Pro Shop
3. HHGC management may restrict the use of golf carts when the condition of the course indicates the need for such restrictions 
4. No carts, pull or motor-driven, are allowed on greens, fringes, or tee boxes
5. Only two (2) people may ride in a golf cart at the same time unless permission is granted by the Pro Shop
6. No one under sixteen (16) years of age may operate a golf cart at any time. A valid driver's license is required to rent and operate a golf cart
7. Any user of a golf cart shall be responsible for any damage to the golf cart, the course, or other property through reckless, careless, or negligent use of the golf cart
8. A golf cart may not be rented for more than 18 holes at a time
9. Juniors under 16 accompanied by an adult may ride for free 
10. Failure to abide by the above rules may result in loss of cart privileges

Clubhouse Rules

1. The WP Grill at Holston Hills shall be open only during the hours posted by the HHGC Management
2. Only alcoholic beverages purchased at HHGC are allowed in the clubhouse or on the golf course
3. HHGC Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to any individual on property
4. The Banquet Room may be rented by Members and non-members for private functions for a fee to be published from time to time, under the following conditions:
   1. The fee, designated by the WP Grill at Holston Hills, must be paid in advance with a signed contract which may contain additional rules and regulations
   2. All food and beverage and related services must be purchased from the WP Grill at Holston Hills
   3. The rental fee is for the banquet facility only and does not include use of the grill, golf course, or pool
   4. The attendance and conduct of members and guests are the responsibility of the signatory on the contract
   5. The Club Manager or someone designated by him must be present in the Clubhouse during all private functions 
5. Any decorations may not be applied which in any way cause damage to the premises 
6. Bathing suits or other swimwear shall not be allowed in the Clubhouse at any time
7. Clubhouse hours will be published and may change from time to time

Pool Rules

1. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 
2. No running at any time
3. Food only in designated areas, never in pool 
4. No diving in shallow end
5. Obey lifeguards at all times
6. No swimming outside of operating hours, unless at private, HHGC approved event
7. Obey other rules and regulations that may be posted from time to time.
